Pattern/Clip List

We started work on this for FL Studio 13...but it seems to be so useful, we are now thinking 12.5...

Thanks to Shinyless who is bringing this to life.

Features include, reorder, rename, recolor - Patterns/Clips. Multiple selections, drag-n-drop, etc.
