Anyone facing this weird problem with VST plug-ins?

I am using the latest FL Studio 12.5.1 RC5 build and I am facing this weird problem where if I load (for example) two plug-ins in a project and I select/highlight any one of them in the channel rack and play it using my MIDI keyboard, I am hearing both the channels play together. Apparently. this is happening only with 3rd party VST plug-ins and not with FL native plug-ins. I have set the MIDI input port of my MIDI controller and all the VST plug-ins to Port 1.

I checked my MIDI controller and FL Studio settings, tried a different template, etc., but nothing is working. Does anyone have idea what could be wrong?
