FL Not starting up after install.

Recently built my own computer and installed FL Studio 12.5.1.165. My mouse will spin and think about loading up the program and then stops after a few seconds. In my task manager it showes that it is running but nothing is on the screen. This will do the same for every version on the .exe in the Image Line folder. Scaled not scaled 32 or 64 its all the same. I tried all the diagnostics and reset all the settings. I also tried changing the resolution on my computer, still no success. I've looked around at other posts saying the same thing but I still can't get an answer. I'm hoping I can get this fixed.
