What is possible with FL Studio?

Hey synth inventor,
I constantly try to program sounds from old synths like the CMI Fairlight, or Yamaha - SY 22, DX 7, Roland D-50 or Korg M1, but I can never get the result.
I've written many times here in the forum if anyone knows so well that he can detect certain sounds but combing only the statement no that does not work are sample based synths and to make these sounds after you would have to have the samples.
But I keep telling myself, in the end there are only waveforms that are generated and that's what all VSTi's in FL Studio do.
So it must be possible to create a sound like the Itopia of the Yamaha SY 22, or Sad Angle.
If you want to go the same way to reach the end in the end, then you need the same means, I realize that.
But we live 30 years later and in FL Studio we can use all the forms of synthesis that exist, so it does not make sense to me why it should not work to make sounds.
Some of you will definitely say these are old sounds, what do you want with them?
I try to build all the sounds that I liked on the synths and look for like-minded people.

I think there are clever minds who know how this works.
I've spent many hours building a Fairlight Choir on Sytrus, but first you have to figure out how to influence the amount of ripple noise you can hear on the scale as it changes. For me, these are small steps that I am looking forward to.
