Video Narration in FLS?

Would like to use FLS like Camtasia to record narration over videos as the video plays, but I couldn't find any videos on YouTube...

Most of the videos I found were about how to sync video with the music, not record vocals over video...

Can video narration be recorded in FL Studio? And, if so, can someone share a video or tutorial link?
