FL Studio license doesn't work

So I purchased FL Studio Producer edition and the license key does not seem to work. I'm very disappointed.
After a fresh install, everything seems to work properly in demo mode. As soon as I sign in with my account it prompts me with successful registration and closes the app. When I open the 64bit version it gives me the Fruity Limiter plugin missing error and when I check the info window its still in demo mode. Now the 32bit version throws the same error but the license is registered. Like what the hell is going on.
