Kontakt and Reaktor not loading in FLS.

As sbove not loading, screen comes up theres been an error and to contact my plugin supplier, but I've tried it in three different machines and it's the same and they work in cubase.

They also work as stand alone.

Ive tried opening them as stand alone and trying some things I've found in FLS forum but to no avail.

Any ideas fls support?
