Getting tons of Underruns during playback and 90% CPU usage

Hello,

I recently purchased FL Studio 20 for my University and am working on some tracks, but my Underruns are really high (500-12000+) and my processor is screaming, making my fans go full blast.

My computer is:
HP Elitebook G3
i7-6600U @ 2.6 GHz
16 GB RAM
64 bit Windows 10
476 GB SSD

I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 for audio output and a Novation LaunchKey49 for midi input

The following plug-ins being used that aren't built in FL plug-ins are:
- Xfer Records OTT Compressor/Audio Effect/Freeware
- SONiVOX Wobble 2.3/Synth Plugin
- Native Instruments Massive / Synth Plugin

To troubleshoot, I installed a 64bit version of OTT and removed the need for the IL Bridge. Now, my underruns are around 2, but my CPU usage is still at 90%

The project being worked on was first made in FL Studio 12 on a much older, less powerful HP Envy. Project was exported as a zipped Loop File on the old laptop and transferred to the local disk of the new laptop. The project is then opened from the zip file. I can provide the project zip file upon request.

Thank you for reading and any assistance you might be able to give
