can not get Reg Key to work and cant find serial number

how do I get my FL 12.5 to work properly? I've used the Reg Key and nothing happened. If I use Gross Beat or Pitcher, etc...It tells me DEMO version. How and where do I find the 20 number serial number??????? Please and thank you so much! Videos on YouTube step by step has not worked

there is no such thing as FL20 serial number.. ...
