Just bought FL Studio Producer Edition, but wont let me register or log in

Hi, i just bought FL Studio Producer edition and the plugin hamor but can't seem to login/register on the FL Studio software. Now i just bought it so i know my username and password are correct but yet it still give me the the registered failed page. Please help
