stupid question ~ where do I put presets for the vst?

I'm trying to use x64 Sytrus VST in reaper on Windows 7 and I downloaded some preset packs but they don't show up in the folders the instructions said to copy them into. Given that I'm less than 100% sober at the moment I would greatly appreciate it if someone can quickly point me in the right direction...I'm feeling creative but not overly technical. The only presets I'm able to pull up in the VST are the default ones.
