Gladiator and Mapping MIDI CC (Continuous Controller) Settings from Dashboard

Hello,

I'm having a real tough time getting FL 20 to work using CCs and Tone2 Gladiator.

On Gladiator's Matrix:
CC20 - Drive - Full effect +

On Dashboard:
New wheel, set it to affect CC 20 in it's settings, have tried all manner of creating a link:
Link to controller (port 2, channel 1, ctrl 20, omni, latch)
Internal controller to the wheel link
Multilink to controllers doesn't allow the connection to complete, even though it does flash the name "Drive" when I hover over it in Gladiator
Gladiator is set to input port 2

I've tried Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth and Microsoft MIDI mapper on port 2
