Downloading flp files from android
My new phone will not be recognized by Windows10.is there a setting i am missing.i only have internet on my lg.would like to update my regfile ect. There are sub folders on my android folder like data.media.android folder shows up empty on computer.

It was usb charging only.i switched it to photo...
