"Access violation" - Fl Studio 20

Hi, here's my problem, I was trying to modify the background of the fl studio (the one that can be interactive); I closed the Fl studio with the "new background" to see if it had functioned. When I got back to fl Studio, all the screen was black and a message appeared, the message said "Access Violation". After that, the Fl studio freezes and I can't even exit from it, I've already uninstall and install the program but it still not working. I own the latest version (Fl Studio 20) and I'm upset because I've also lost all my work
