Where Can We Add Sugesstions

Sometimes, FL Studio posts stuff on their Facebook account and tell us to head over to the forum and post an update suggestions. Where in the forum can we post these recommendation? and is there a specific way of post them, seeing that there are a lot of posts daily. I would like to make sure that FL studio reads my post.
