Behringer BCF2000 midi moving slow

I finally got around to obtaining a BCF2000 for recording my mixing data live, the problem I am experiencing is when I move the midi faders the faders inside fl studio are moving very slow (there is a delay when I hit the faders). I have everything set like this with help from the internet.

output BCF2000 Mackie Control Universal send master sync port 102
input BCF2000 Mackie Control Universal enable port 102

How do I get the midi faders to correspond with fl move optimally in real time? Thanks Anthony

try putting bcf in sonar mode keeping it in mac...
