I'm sure this has probably been mentioned before, but I think it would make Patcher even more awesome.
I think there ought to be a way to drag a mixer track state into an instance of Patcher and copy all the plugins in sequence. Maybe even make it possible to drag it to an empty FX slot in the mixer, creating a new instance of Patcher. Just a way to "Patcherize" a chain of effects.
This would be great, especially with the recent ability to link inserts to playlist tracks. I like being able to drag plugins onto tracks and have them placed automatically on the correct insert, but it makes it a pain later if I choose to do some more complicated routing. As it is now, I can drag each of the plugin instances into Patcher, then delete/disable the first instances, but I think it's a bit clunky of an edit.
P.S. A way to customize keyboard hotkeys? Please... I beg you...
