Exporting files using audio interface

I just bought a audio interface and set it up in FL studio. I was expecting the exported files to be better as my audio interface has a very good sound quality (focusrit). And it does sound better when it's in FL studio ( Input/output are both focusrit) However, the exported file doesn't seem to improve. When I use my original audio system(windows 10) to listen to the exported file, all the sound effects just disappears. Is there a solution to that? Is it a exporting issue? I'm confused.
