Negative track delays

Hello, there.

In cinematic studio strings and cinematic studio solo strings, the different legato transitions have different types of delay(lower velocity playing from 1-64 triggers a slow transition of around 300m, medium velocity playing from 65-100 triggers 250ms and hard 101 and up triggers a 100ms delay; the short articulations also have a diferent delay to them(60ms if i recall correctly).
This was done by the developers to achieve maximum realism and its indeed awesome, however, it becomes very tedious and time consuming when editing your midi later on to either fit the grid or have a kind of loose but consistent performance in terms of timing.

I have seen a cubase user speed up his workflow by adding an overall 60ms track delay to compensate for the short articulations and then use logical editor to add a 300ms(actually less because he already has an overal 60ms delay) delay for every note played with 1-64 velocity which triggers the slow legato transition(300ms), 250ms for every note played with a velocity of 65-100 which triggers the medium legato transition, etc
So he plays the lines, selects the midi notes he wants to apply those delays to, hits 3 buttons(one for the 300ms, 250ms and 100ms) in his ipad and logical editor applies the different types of delay, according to the values he set.

This is such a faster way of working with those libraries and it would help tremendously so i was wondering if any of you knows a simple way to do this in FL Studio, not necessarly with an ipad because i dont have one but in terms of applying different delays?

Hopefully i explained myself right.

Thank you very much.
