Arturia KeyLab: Mapping "Relative knobs" in FL Studio?

Hi,

Does anyone have an Arturia KeyLab controller (or a similar model from Arturia) and has got the relative knobs working when using Analog Lab or their other plugins as VST in FL Studio?

What I mean by relative knobs in whatever the physical knob position, moving the knob on the controller always maps correctly to the on-screen parameter position and that there are no abnormal jumps in the parameter values when automating.

Any help is appreciated.
