Universal Audio Arrow

Hey I have the universal audio arrow with my windos laptop. I already install the counsule and in the Audio Settings in FL Studio I choosed Universal Audio Thunderbolt. If I plugin my mic and choose the mono input Mic 1 it´s a distorted signal. Do you guys have any idea what I am doing wrong. I am thankful for any advise. Thanks a lot and best regards, Simon

I have an Windows Laptop runs with Windows 10: Acer Predator PH317-51

Do you think thats the problem? On the website from uaudio it is not clear. I have a thunderbolt 3 connectivity and a thunderbolt 3 cable. But I have issues. If I run for example soundcloud on my browser on my headphones there is also a distorted signal. Also if i run youtube. I have no idea what it is.....
