Hello, please can u help with this...

When Im using my paterm in arrange beats.
The same patterm I want clone and make some difference or shut off some sounds.. Its not saving in next patterm ,,But I want make diference with one patterm which is my home patterms where I have everything I create.

Please can u help which i have to click for saving details in paterms..
