Mixing sub bass in Maximus

Hey guys i saw this video on youtube and he explains how to keep all the frequencies below a certain amount on a sub bass in mono, he says you can do it with maximus but doesnt show or explain how, I personally would rather use maximus. Can anyone show my how to do this?

he says "youll want to keep everything under 100 HZ in mono and everything else in stereo"

I usually put the whole bass in mono and the kick as well but id love to get into this type of mixing, thank you!
