I replied to my serial licensing email with the below but they said to post it here. Hopefully you can find the email they sent to me so you know what I'm talking about.
Ive received an email from you about serial licensing. I'm not quite sure what it means?
I've recently got a new phone so naturally I wanted to get my FL mobile app on it and I wasnt sure of the best way of doing that. A friend told me to transfer everything which I did so all of my contacts and apps transferred to my new phone however my songs on FL Mobile didn't transfer. I've been trying to transfer my songs over all day but I keep getting an error which says "file run time error. Songs in this destination will be over written if I continue" (something like that) so I don't continue. I've had to do a lot of updates recently because there's been loads of bugs but after reading your email I don't know if its something I've done.
Can you help?
