(MAC)after export in zgame editor my file wont open?!?!?

so I just recently started using zgame and its dope, but after I make the video and do exactly what all the videos say i should do, the mp4 file that it creates for me won't open on QuickTime AND won't work on email or work on my phone. I'm so confused and would love to get this to work!
