Syncing external sequencer using midi clock_PROBLEM

Hi,
I`m using external synths with FL studio,
Syncing the external sequencer (two synths - one drum machine) is a problem. I cannot get it to work!
My setup looks like this: Computer/FL studio -->Motu MIDI Express Inferface-->synths & drum machines (as previously mentioned there are 2-3 sequencers I would like to sync with MIDI clock sent from FL studio).
Enable MIDI Master sync IS enabled under options AND under MIDI settings I have enabled "send master sync" on the midi channels that I want to sync.

Why is it not working!? Please help
