I don't know if I'll be reaally clear on my request, so I'm going to do my best.
Here's the visualizer I'm working on (don't pay attention to the Lava background, it's here to better see the preview) :
I'm trying to remove a bit of opacity to the VideoAlphaKey layer showing the two filaments, like I did to the next render :
The issue is we still see a bit of black spot behind these filaments (which must be translucent), but also some parasites surrounding them and the edge of the Projection layer, whose I'm struggling to remove too.
It's surely complex what I'm searching to create, but I'm also open to any other suggestions.
