FL Studio Mobile v3.2.23 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
Refer to the attached image for a demonstration of what is happening. I can't say how long this has been happening because I only noticed it after finally upgrading for an earlier release of FLSM 3 which didn't have the envelope editing improvements. This didn't happen in that earlier version though.
Interestingly, aligning the peaks (see the attachment) to the left instead of the right isn't an issue. But this makes drawing envelopes a complete pain in the rear.
