You can see below, the shortcut still appears in the manual but it literally just doesn't work. Ctrl+L still works for sending all selected channels to one mixer track but Ctrl+Shift+L doesn't do anything. Not sure why.
Personally I don't really like locking the playlist tracks to mixer channels so this shortcut kept my workflow exactly the same as before that was integrated. It's incredibly annoying to have to go through each track 1 by 1 when importing stems into a session.
