Logical sampler additions + Playlist track organization

Hi guys

I fully support updates to the sampler.

First, the volume envelopes should have values in ms (milliseconds), pitch envelopes should have values in st (semitones) and cutoff envelopes in % would work fine I guess.

Also, the LFO could have some additional features like skewing and PW and such. I know it can be done in Love Philter but workflow means doing something in the least amount of steps possible in a way you can get used to.

The length and loop features should also have their parameters set in ms (milliseconds) so we can do loops properly.

Concerning the playlist theres a lot to talk about but a simple thing to help would be moving the tracks up and down by holding left mouse button and dragging. Like in most DAWs instead of the move up/down feature which takes an unnecessary amount of time and clicks.
