Download Issue

Hello, i have a problem with downloading DirectWave: Synth Pluck EXP.
I'm using version 3.2.47 on my Galaxy S9 (Android 9).
I bought it in the FLM App and it's definitely paid, i got the e-mail with the bill and i have a good internet connection.
The App showed a message that the purchase was cancelled and asked me to try it again.

I tap on "yes" and then in the the "shop" tab was continuous showed "connecting" next to the synth plugin.
After a few tries, the app showed a message about reaching the hourly download limit so i can't try it again right now :(
