Video files getting corrupted once exported

I keep getting this error with my projects and it’s frustrating.

Every time i try to export the created video file is always corrupted or unable to be opened. Usually exporting the audio as an mp3 instead of a wav fixes it for me but sometimes it does nothing and i don’t know what to do in these cases. Anyone else get these problems?
