Enabling midi port only when a channel is selected

Hello.

I'm using FL Studio 20 with AKAI MPK mini II. I use Massive, Monark, AIR MUSIC Hybrid, etc. mainly.

I'd like to change settings for each patch with knobs on MPK mini II at MIDI port 1. It works great when I use each instrument individually, with MIDI learn.
I want to do the same in FL Studio 20.

When a channel/VST is selected, is there a way to enable knobs on MPK mini without changing assigned MIDI port from "..." to "1" every time?

Also, setting MIDI port as "1" in multiple VSTs/channels, I can hear multiple VSTs/channels at the same time obviously. I want change this behavior too so that I can hear the only VST I selected.

Thanks.
