Youlean Blur + Tilt-Shift [Download]

I recently added a tilt-shift function to the Yolean Blur effect.
I'm not sure if this is going to be a copyright infringement because I haven't asked Youleans permission to modify and publish his
effect. But anyway I hope this will be just alright after all, since this function is somewhat useful. But in case of disagreement then this thread could just be removed.
