Dev request: MIDI Pitchbend and ModWheel should just work

May we please have pitch-bend and mod-wheel functionality connected to all plugins by default?

If I turn on one of my synthesizers to use as a controller, I have to re-link the pitch and mod wheel regularly, regardless of whether I'm using a native plugin or a VST instrument.

I've used the permanent link work-around, but I've abandoned it, because if I end up switching to my 88 key controller from my 61 key controller or the 25 key controller on my desk, that work is quickly wasted as I have to re-link the controllers again.

However, If I use one of the four other DAWs installed on my system, I can switch controllers without any such action.

I don't view this as a copy DAW A or B request, but as a statement: "This should be a basic default of any DAW."

I've dealt with most of my MIDI complaints when using hardware, but this one item just seems to stand out. This functionality is so ubiquitous, but strangely absent in FL Studio.
