WAV file sounds different to MP3

Hi guys, I've never had this problem before until I started using FlStudio on Windows10. Not sure if thats the problem though.

When I export a song in mp3 it sounds great, just like in FLStudio. However when I export it to WAV it sounds quieter, compressed (almost like a pulsing) and not as clear. I am using the Groove Music player to listen to the renders.

It might have to do with exporting as 32bit Flo...
