What is the fastest way to get into the mixer (insert) channel?

What is the fastest way to get from an audio or instrument track out of the playlist right into the corresponding mixer (insert) channel?
I know that I can double click on the track header of instrument tracks in the playlist to open the corresponding instrument and then double click the track number at the right top. This doesn't work for audio tracks, however I can double click the audio clip itself which opens the sampler, from where I can double click the track number as well to get into the correct mixer (insert) channel.

Is there any shorter way to get to the corresponding mixer (insert) channel from this view (when the mixer is closed/not on top):
