Separate the Channel Rack and Step Sequencer

Finally make the amazing Step Sequencer exclusively for Drum Programming and Custom Drumkit Making like Serato Studio Decks.
The channel rack is unnecessary for other instruments when they are already inside the Playlist/Track arrangement window.
