- Specific information - a) FL Studio Mobile version number, b) What you are doing and what happens exactly, c) Step-by-step instructions how reproduce the problem.
- Screenshots / Videos - Both great way to demonstrate issues. Include images using the 'Attachments' tab, at the bottom of the post edit window.

FL Mobile Downgraded to trial version with Android Update
I purchased FL mobile on Dec. 7 2019 for my android phone. After an android update this past week (still using the same phone), I am unable to access my songs. I am unable to save new songs, and the version appears to now be downgraded to 3.3.10 G (trial version). I am unable to find my serial number to register. Is there any way to restore my original purchase/license?
