How to use fruity send efficiently

So I recently realized I'm probably better off using Fruity Send instead of automating the 'to' knob between mixer channels. Plus there's added flexibility in using sends inside of Patcher. However since I started using Send, whenever I solo tracks in the mixer, the other tracks that have Send on them (basically 90% of my mixer tracks) keep playing and sending the signal to their Send channels. I can't go around muting the orange FX knob on all tracks whenever I want to solo something. I know I can additionally solo the track in the playlist, but that's an extra step, plus tracks that use Melodyne don't respect this as the plugin has priority.

How to make this work? Thanks
