Is it possible to remove these particular folders from Browser?

Sup. So I started making my own file system that I'm used to, which only uses about 5 or 6 folders, and that's what I wanted to see in my browser. I started removing and moving some stuff so Demo Projects went to my Projects folder, etc. But some folders seem to stay, even when I deleted them in Windows. Here is a screen of my browser, and the folders that I want to remove, but they stay anyway. Is there a way to remove these?
