Hey Guys,
Ive startarted experimenting with the Dashboard finally (only took me a few years to discover it LOL) and i love it!
its a fantastic tool. however, what i would like to know is how to get reverse communication happening.
I can link a controller in a VST to the Dashboard no problem...start playing with the dashboard knobs and everything works great
what I would like to know, or establish, is the ability for the reverse to happen. whenever the vst parameters change...the Dashboard to be updated...so that say i change my vsti's preset...the parameters will obviously be quite different...it would be key to have it auto update the dashboard with the current values. when i scroll through current_project\generators\vsti\ i can see all the parameters...but i cant link the dashboard to those values in anyway...or is there a way to make a value be public, and recognized by the link to controllers window ?
