FL Studio 20.8.1 LATEST RELEASE [Feb 1 2021]

Had several encounters regarding project opening ,rendering using RC4. FL studio stucks on opening an old projects while working on the existing one. Sometime it does sometime it doesn’t. It rarely happened in last official release 20.8.1. But now its more often.
Also the recording bug is still not fixed where the recorded audio is one tick off if you record a mixer channel while its playing. There is no misalignment if you hit record button before playing the arrangement.
