Workflow Poll: Do you often use Channel mute/solo when composing?

Hi, we would like some feedback on how you use the Channel mute/solo buttons on the Channel rack when composing.

Don't worry, we are not thinking of removing them at all. We would just like some more information to guide future developments and projects.

Also reply if you use them in special ways.

I personally like to start a loop project and experiment with a possible arrangement by muting and un-muting Channels for example.
