Midi Progression Custom Rhythm

Hi Fl Users,

Not sure if this is the right category for this post, please advise if not.

Am still new to Fl and production in general, so bear with me.

In Fl i have 2 tracks; (track 1) Audio with percussion loop (track 2) midi with chord progression.

Is there is a method / plugin / vst, that will allow me to drive/effect the rhythm or groove of the midi progression (on track 2) using the output from percussion loop (on track 1). In other words the midi progressing will be pulsing at the ryhthm defined by the percussion loop.
