ZGE Visualizer is already a broad VJ tool. It can even load 3D meshes.
Instead of porting files from Blender to ZGE Visualizer, and perhaps many times over with tweaks, why not directly control Scenes/Objects in Blender?
The AddRoutes Blender AddOn allows inter-application messaging of MIDI and OSC. The received messages can be recorded, thus be used as variable parameters if/when you wish to render the Blender animation.
