Asking for help? WE NEED DETAILS: problems will be addressed faster if you follow these suggestions:

I need help please!

I was working on a project in fl studio and the Fl studio just suddently crashed on me and now all the volume faders on the mixer have all been resetted back to the default setting. I cannot open files in the fl studio back up folder. Im so frustrated cause ive been working on this for three days and Im in the editing phase. Im literally disappointed!! Please help!
