However we have asked this many times : please make consolidation of audio (Ctrl+G) happen before mixer track fader and panning. It makes no sense that I have audio linked to mixer track 1, consolidate it, have the fader level applied, and then have this new audio re-routed into the same fader (in effect applying the fader and panning twice). 99% of the time I use Ctrl+G to consolidate audio on the playlist, making it easier to manage with the way 'make unique' works.
We could have an option to either keep it the way it currently works, or consolidate pre-fader and panning.
Please address this, I do appreciate where FL Studio is headed and I think this would be a healthy change. Regards
I found a solution a long time ago. I set and automate volume and panning with fruity Balance, then turn off the plugin and continue.
