Playlist crossfade issues

Hello guys,

I have encountered some issues once the fade is in the same position with gain and the fade from the other clip.

Also, If we click the audio tab on the playlist it brings up mixer would be good to have this also available for instrument tracks and any clip as this is very useful feature to quickly bring up mixer with highlighted insert for that particular part.
