This is the original song, the pulsing bass that permeates the song is what I mean:
I've found this on the synth recipes reddit:
"Super basic saw tooth bass pulse. Any synth can do that. Add a bit of resonance and tape saturation + distortion to make it dirty. Unison or haas to widen. Guessing haas as it has a slight delay in the stereo space."
And I've tried to do it in Sytrus + slapping distortion on it, buuut never quite got the fuzzy growly quality of it.
